At Flalevitale, we are committed to delivering high-quality products that meet your expectations. However, due to the custom nature of our products, we have a specific Refund and Returns Policy outlined below.
Order Issues
If there are any issues with your order, such as defects, damages, or wrong items received, we’re here to assist. Please contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order to begin a resolution process. You can reach us at [support@flalevitale.com] with the following information:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the product showing the issue clearly
We will work with our print provider, Printify, to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Refunds & Replacements
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the product is defective or damaged. Once your claim is submitted and reviewed, we will take the following actions based on the issue:
- Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will arrange for a replacement product at no additional cost to you.
- Wrong Item Received: If you receive the wrong product or size, we will provide a replacement of the correct item at no cost.
Note: Refunds are only processed if we are unable to replace the defective or incorrect product.
Returns Policy
As our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges if you simply change your mind or order the wrong size. Please ensure you review the size chart and product details carefully before making your purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
The following situations are not eligible for return or refund:
- Change of mind: We cannot accept returns for products ordered in the wrong size or color.
- Incorrect address: If the delivery address provided was incorrect, we cannot be held responsible for any lost or undeliverable packages.
- Wear and tear: We do not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear or improper care.
Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it goes into production immediately, and we cannot cancel or modify the order. Please double-check your order details, including sizes, colors, and shipping address, before submitting your purchase.
Processing Refunds
If a refund is applicable (as outlined in the policy above), once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will process the refund back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
